Walk through the streets to
hang up posters and distribute rack cards
Ensure that banners are up


Wednesday 26- Thursday August 27

2 people Paint bench seating around wharf interior for silent auction and seating


Friday August 29, 2008

American Tent and Table delivers and sets up tables
Be there to direct (Pat and Laura)
Have floor plan

Get podium/sound system and lights
Set up podium/sound system and lights

4 PM (Depending on weather) 2 people put table cloths on tables

2 people Set up Easels for Live Auction

2 people Get check out- wrapping station ready
Have rolls of paper delivered for wrapping
Have brown paper bags delivered for bagging items
Multiple rolls of tape, scissors etc.
Newspaper/packing paper


Saturday August 30

Put centerpieces on each table
Include silent auction bid sheets

Pack up and deliver silent auction items from office to Wharf
10 AM 4 people Set Up silent auction area
4 people Attach Silent auction bid sheets to clip boards
Place by correct item

8 PM 4 people Clean Up Silent Auction Items
Have names and phone numbers by each one not picked up

Pack Up and deliver Live Auction items from office to Wharf
10 AM 4 people Set up Live Auction

8 PM 4 people Clean Up Live Auction Items

Set Up Bar
3 PM 1 person Pick up ice

3PM 2 Bartenders per bar (total of 4)

8 PM 2 people Clean Up Bar

8 PM 2 people Bring remaining booze to office


Set up food table
3 pm 1 person Pick up food at Fanizzis

5 PM 2 people Replenish Food Table

4 pm 2 Wait Staff – pass some food around crowd

8 pm 2 people Clean Up of Food Table

8 pm 2 people Bring remaining food to Office
