Please select your top five preferred dining choices
from the 2008 Featured Restaurant List.
While we cannot guarantee any of your choices,
the ASGCC will make every effort to accommodate your dining party
based on availability.
2.
Return RSVP Card with your payment and be sure
to complete both sides. RSVP deadline May 30, 2008.

3.
Reservations will be accepted
by phone, by mail or in person
at the ASGCC Provincetown office,
starting Thursday, May 1, 2008
and no later than Friday, May 30, 2008.
All phone reservations must include
full payment via credit card.
4.
Reservations are accommodated
in the order in which they are received.
5.
Your reservation confirmation will be mailed or emailed to you.
Be sure to include accurate contact information.
6.
Please designate a Table Captain for parties of 4 or more and include
the name of your Captain as a contact on the reply card.
Your Chef is making the choice for the evening’s
meal and special dietary requests may not be able to be accomodated.
The 2008 Featured Restaurants have generously
donated all food and chef services. Gratuity is not included.
Please remember to tip your wait staff!
