All Services are provided free of charge and include:

• Assistance with accessing entitlement benefits including Social Security Disability(SSI/SSDI), Emergency Assistance to the Elderly, Disabled and Children (EAEDC), HIV Drug Assistance Program (HDAP), MassHealth Insurance, Food Stamps, Fuel Assistance, etc.
• Bi-lingual support services offered in Portuguese
• Services regardless of immigration status
• 10 studio apartments in permanent, supportive housing (the Foley House).
• Connecting clients to primary medical care, HIV specialty care, hepatitis treatment, and nutritional consults
• Harm reduction services, including rapid HIV testing, overdose prevention and needle exchange
• Condom availability
• Childcare vouchers
• Acupuncture vouchers
• Referrals to free HIV dental care
• Individual mental health session vouchers
• Legal services referrals
• Facilitated support groups for persons living with HIV/AIDS
• Counseling and psychotherapy referrals for individuals, couples and families
• Referrals to substance use services
• Weekday transportation to Boston medical appointments
• Volunteer transportation to on-Cape medical & social service appointments
• Volunteer transportation to on-Cape grocery, laundry, and other essential services
• Prescription pick-ups
• Weekday lunches in-house & delivered at the Provincetown site
• Weekly congregate dinner at the Provincetown site
• Monthly congregate lunch at the Hyannis site
• Monthly food box program at the Hyannis site
• Emergency food pantry at both offices
• Speakers bureau
• Referrals to housing voucher programs to help offset rent costs.
• Volunteer training program
• Volunteer respite and home care
