2. Call 508-487-9445 ext. 32 and pay by credit card.

3. Stop by at the office: 96-98 Bradford Street, Provincetown.

4. If you join Circle of Care with minimum donation of $200 or more - we'll give your t-shirts for FREE! Please call us and we'll be happy to talk with you about our new donating opportunity.
