A Cape-wide call for Volunteers!

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has."

Volunteers are the backbone of the ASGCC. They are the reason we have grown and weathered 25 years of continuous service to the diverse communities of Cape Cod. More than 200 hundred volunteers serve the ASGCC with over 10,000 hours of vital service annually by assisting and helping to implement our various client programs. We are extremely grateful for their generosity. Their loyal commitment truly shows that Cape Cod continues to care in the fight against HIV and AIDS.

How to become a volunteer at the ASGCC? Call us, send us an e-mail or stop by our office in Provincetown or Hyannis. We will schedule an interview with you, where we can meet and learn more what it is you would like to do and you will learn more about our volunteering needs and opportunites. We will give you the Volunteer Application to fill out, talk a little about your experiences and where best we can help each other within the organization. That's all!

Please call Edward Prete, Volunteer Coordinator in Hyannis office at (508) 778-1954 or e-mail to prete_asgcc@yahoo.com or call Ewa Nogiec in Provincetown office at (508) 487-9445 ext. 16 or e-mail to Ewa@asgcc.org.

David Carroll
1947-2007

David Carroll was an unswerving proponent of the ASGCC and a dedicated volunteer who selflessly contributed thousands of hours to our organization. He served on our Board, answered phones, stuffed envelopes, sold T shirts, delivered lunches, edited articles and never said no to a request for help. He was a special friend who is deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know him.
