HIV services

L.I.F.E. Program This program is specifically designed for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. It is offered through our Prevention department and is facilitated by a mental health professional and a peer, both staff of the ASGCC.

L.I.F.E. is a 13 week program limited to 20 people. The program is designed to enhance the immune system by focusing on stressors in your life and giving you the tools to reduce the stress. This program is praised by every participant.

Case Management This is one of the most important services we offer. Our experienced and compassionate case managers will help you navigate the complex medical, insurance and entitlements systems that are available to you. They are also the touchstone for many of the other services that we offer. If you have recently moved to the area, they can help you find a primary care physician, a mental health counselor, a dentist, or any other professional you might need. They are also there for support if you just need to talk to someone. A case manager can make the task of obtaining shelter, food, transportation, health care and other services an easier process. They provide options that give each client the opportunity to manage his or her own destiny. Interpreter services are available.
