Foley House
Foley House is a ten unit supportive housing program for persons living with HIV/AIDS. The building is owned by the Provincetown Housing Authority while services are provided 24 hours a day by staff of the AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod.
Eligiblity criteria includes:
HIV diagnosis
Homelessness
Ability to live cooperatively in the community and abide by program rules
Willingness to work on substance abuse issues in a harm reduction environment
